Who we are...
Raise of Hope (ROH) Inc. is a community - based - non-profit- (501c3 / 509 a) organization established in 1993.
Goals
Raise of Hope seeks to provide social and educational services that are inclusive of housing counseling; health & wellness promotion; computer literacy; parenting; entrepreneurship; job readiness, and life skills.
We have a strong social service consciousness and are committed to facilitate services that will enhance the quality of life for challenged communities.
It is our intention to Raise The HOPE
H - Helping O - Our P- People E- Excel. All of Humanity
by meeting our clients where they are and helping them to reach the goals they want to achieve.
Our targeted population are the homeless;low and moderate income families and individuals; senior citizens; ex offenders re-entering society, and individuals in the Delaware Valley area.
Philosophy
A courageous and dedicated woman determined to elevate awareness and to make a difference, gathered other concerned Men and Women together to prevent more families from falling through bureaucratic cracks, and to provide vital services that would substantially offer a Raise of Hope. Our Mission...
R.O.H. mission is to be a productive not-for-profit community development corporation (CDC) to develop plans and implement projects that will result in high quality, long term affordable, accessible & visitable housing for the homeless, low to moderate income families, senior citizens and individuals; to provide motivation, training and a reliable connection to social and educational services.
